Westley Morris, a nationally growing speaker whose story and message have had a profound impact on middle and high school students across the country. Westley is a recovery advocate, mental-health speaker, and author of Keep Pedaling, known for his authentic, relatable approach with youth. With lived experience that includes 22 years of addiction, trauma, homelessness, and rebuilding from nothing, he connects with students in a way that feels real—not preachy, not scripted, but genuinely human. What makes Westley’s message resonate so deeply with teens is that he speaks to what they’re actually facing: -Anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm -Peer pressure, substance experimentation, and identity struggles -Low self-worth and the fear of not being “enough” -The weight of family challenges or trauma they often carry silently After her presentation, RJ Stokley will host an interactive Demonstration of her Equine Experience Program. Explaining how to release the overwhelming emotions through Experiential Horsemanship. With the ever growing concerns facing our society over their management of anxiety and depression, we shall introduce them to coping skills. Participants will learn hands-on skills which supports traditional ground techniques to learn ways to cope and heal. The proven methods of Experiential Learning techniques, students will be able to understand the horse's body language, which in turn will make them aware of their present mood and how to alter their perceptive behaviors. Our ultimate goal is for everyone to be one with nature and live happily in the moment, as horses have for centuries as our companions. We will rejuvenate and come out stronger individuals ready to face the challenges set before us.
